When applying for a role at Saxony Partners, you’ll begin by completing an online survey that takes about fifteen minutes from our partners at Culture Index. Each assessment is unique to every job opportunity at Saxony Partners, and it helps us facilitate interviews with the right team members, better understand how our employees work together remotely, and positions our people for success with clients. After your survey, expect to speak to someone with our recruitment team. Should the conversation go well, expect a video call with our team members.

What To Expect During The Hiring Process

You’ll begin by filling out an assessment from our partners at Culture Index. Each assessment is unique to every job opportunity at Saxony, and it helps us match the perfect applicant to their perfect role. After your assessment, expect to speak online or by phone with our recruitment team. If everything seems like a good fit, expect an in-person interview at our office or off-site. (We’ve been known to occasionally parlay an interview into a Happy Hour.) You’ll have opportunities throughout the process to refer questions and create dialogues with our subject matter experts and managers.
