Meet Yardi Consultant LeAnne Berreth
LeAnne Berreth started as a Senior Consultant and Yardi Implementation Specialist at Saxony Partners in July 2019.
She has previously worked in finance, property management, real estate development, construction and Yardi system administration. Her industry expertise combined with her technical knowledge of Yardi programs make her an asset to the Saxony team and to her clients.
LeAnne said that her experience in so many different stages of the real estate cycle gives her a unique perspective, and it has allowed her to hit the ground running in her new role.
“I appreciated that on my second day at Saxony, I was already at a client’s office working on a plan for a successful implementation,” LeAnne said. “I understand each of these group’s priorities, as well as their data and reporting needs. And I know what Yardi can provide to meet those expectations.”
“It all comes down to providing the highest level of customer service possible.”
LeAnne’s expertise within Yardi is vast. She’s an expert in the areas of Commercial, Construction, PayScan, Budget and Forecasting, Maintenance, and Inventory. She said she has noticed that for many real estate firms Yardi training is not a company-wide priority, and this does not allow the program to thrive in the way it was designed.
The solution? Ongoing training and consulting with Saxony’s Yardi experts.
“Saxony is hiring a comprehensive team of Yardi specialists who bring decades of industry and system knowledge to the table,” LeAnne said. “Our teams have worked in your industry and understand your priorities. We will work with your teams to provide high-level reporting to satisfy your stakeholders, and we recommend best practices and financial processes to please auditors.”
LeAnne said she emphasizes the importance of continued Yardi training to her clients and follows up regularly after a project to offer further training opportunities.
Outside of her daily consultations with real estate clients, LeAnne loves spending time with her family. She also enjoys ceramics, reading, listening to music, and traveling as often as possible.
