1. “To schedule report delivery, you’ll first need to set up the report packet.”

“You can do this with the right access, or ask an administrator for help,” Anne says. “The packet will determine what reports to include and what report filters should be followed. You can choose from options like combining them into one Excel file, adding a cover page, or adding in PDF files.”

2. “Next, set up a distribution member.”

“This is where you will designate who receives a report packet and for what properties.”

3. “Lastly, you’ll need to set up the report scheduler event.”

“Assign the Distribution Member and the Packet to the event, add in the emails, and make any customizations from the available options. You can choose to Run Now and receive the report immediately – or, click on Dates and set up the report cadence with a few clicks. You can choose every day, every week, or every month and designate the specific time.”
